I've read other places that max dosage for zinc is 40mg and 30mg is the considered dosage for Vegans.
I'm going to cut the dosage in half to prevent excessive copper loss from too much zinc.

50 mg. per capsule is the ideal dose for most men though a bit heavy for women. Most vendors only carry the smaller of the two bottle sizes [60 or 120 capsules] but "AMAZON" carries both, so we save a little by getting the larger bottle.
